Docuivo is designed to minimize the information required to use its business-document tools. This policy explains what stays on your device, what limited technical data may be processed, and how third-party analytics or advertising services may operate.

Document information

Information you type into a Docuivo document editor—including business details, customer details, line items, notes, uploaded logos, and signatures—is processed in your browser for preview and export. Docuivo does not intentionally transmit this working document content to its servers.

When browser-local autosave is available, the working document is stored in your browser's local storage on the same device. You can remove it by using the Clear control in the tool or by clearing site data in your browser.

Technical information

Our hosting infrastructure may process standard request information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. These records are not intended to contain the content of documents you create.

Analytics

When enabled, Docuivo may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage such as visited pages, device category, approximate region, and interactions. Analytics helps us improve the tools and identify technical problems. Google may process information according to its own policies and available consent settings.

Advertising

Docuivo may display advertising through Google AdSense or another advertising provider. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ads, prevent fraud, limit repetition, and personalize advertising where permitted and consented to. Available privacy and consent choices may vary by location.

Third-party links

Guides and pages may link to external services. Docuivo does not control the privacy practices or content of external websites.

Retention and deletion

Browser-local document data remains under your browser and device controls. Hosting, analytics, and advertising providers may retain limited technical information according to their policies, security needs, legal requirements, and configured retention periods.

Children

Docuivo is a business utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as Docuivo develops or applicable requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
