Documents generated through Docuivo are templates and working materials, not a guarantee that any particular legal or regulatory requirement has been satisfied.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information entered into a tool and for the final document you issue. You must verify identities, totals, tax treatment, payment instructions, numbering, required disclosures, and country- or industry-specific rules.

Do not use Docuivo to create fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized documents. Do not impersonate another person or business or include information you do not have the right to process.

We aim to keep Docuivo reliable, but tools may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. Browser, device, print, and PDF behavior can vary. Keep independent copies of important business records and do not treat browser-local autosave as permanent archival storage.

Intellectual property

The Docuivo name, website design, original content, and software are protected by applicable rights. Documents created from your own information may be used for your lawful business purposes. You may not copy or resell Docuivo's website, source code, or editorial content as a competing service without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation

Docuivo is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every output will be error-free or suitable for every jurisdiction or transaction. To the extent permitted by law, Docuivo is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, missed payment, regulatory consequences, or decisions made from an unverified document or calculation.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the stated update date.
